MA or MFA in advertising or marketing
I just started a new career in the business and finance world. I am a new loan officer, however I am having some trouble building up clientel. I have been going around to the real estate offices around my area every week introducing myself and giving them my business card. What are some things I can give to these agents to market myself and make me stand out amongst all of the other lenders that walk through their doors?
I know that advertising and public relations kind of fall under marketing, so do you think it would be unnessacary or not to minor in either? what are the best cities to live in to follow careers in any of these?
I’m a media arts minor and business major and i want to work in advertising or marketing or planning and events. are there any hidden jobs out there that i dont know about, or that not many people know exist. im not looking for an exact position, i still have 2 more years of college to go, i am just curious.
I have a lot of experience in event sponsorship sales and event marketing. I’d really love to work with a performing arts organization (ballet, opera, etc), media company (like Turner Broadcasting), or an ad/PR agency in some capacity. I am available to relocate anywhere in the U.S. Any leads? Please, don’t tell me to go to Careerbuilder and Monster. I am networking to find an actual person within an organization that may be able to guide me in the right direction. I shall appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
im not a sales guy just regular guy. i want to know what do u exactly do in those 3 online
I’ve heard somewhere that Marketing is broader and has to do with Advertising but Advertising isn’t as broad. I really wanted to go into Advertising. I want to have a type of job in which you come up with cool ideas about comercials and stuff, but the school that I go to only offers a Marketing degree. Would I be able to get into this career with a marketing degree?
I am a self-employed writer or freelance writer. I have been doing it for 6 years, but I never really set money aside for this. How much should I set aside each week?
For internships at a Marketing or Advertising firm, what experience do I need? What are some highly recommended firms to send my resume to? I am looking for firms in the Philly, South Jersey, New York/Long Island area.
Doing a project and badly need realistic figures on Barbies advertising spend in Ireland or at this stage in Europe/world.
